  • Teresa Ho has 25+ years of work experience, 10 years in global consulting firm, and 14 years in Fortune 500 senior HR, Organization Development and T&D roles. She has been an executive coach since 2003. Her focus has been on business innovation and transformation: develop & implement people strategy & plan, corporate culture, build new capabilities, talents pipeline and retention, and establish the Learning function as a profit center.
  • On organization level, she partners with and coaches CEOs and C-suite executives and the executive team to lead changes such as: Accelerated growth, M&A, restructuring, business turn around, outsourcing and change of business model. Typical solutions include: develop change roadmap, build organization culture, performance goals and KPIs that drive outcomes, align key stakeholders, workforce planning, budgeting, communication strategy and plan, build /align work processes and teams to work cohesively. Such initiatives span from a few to 36 months.
  • In her recent corporate role, Teresa designed and lead implementation of a Talent and HR transformation project with a budget of US$15 million.to grow the workforce from 3,000 to 8,000 employees in 3 years.   • On team/individual levels, Teresa coaches C-Suite executives at global level (ie Global President & EVPs), regional and country operation CEO/GM level on business acumen, strategy & implementation, operation effectiveness and efficiency, full spectrum of leadership skills, onboarding new role/promotion, foster strategic network, manage up and visibility, enhance executive presence, manage emotions, turn around business, build & aligning teams, customer and employee satisfaction, assertiveness, culture and most areas of leadership and management. She also coaches leaders from mid level up.
  • As a practitioner in organizational change and in Business Innovations (Six Sigma), Teresa has profound knowledge and application experience of all four areas of the Balanced Scorecard. INDUSTRY: 
A leading global brand in the media industry, Asia Pacific region

COACHING FOCUS: 
The executive settled in the new role, it had transpired that there was opportunity to uplift the executive’s visibility in the region and further enhance the personal brand.

OUTCOME: 
Client recognized what behaviors enhanced executive presence and the impact it would have on others who worked closely or remotely. A vision of the personal brand and a key stakeholders map were established. A list of do’s and don’ts were generated to guide the day-to-day behavior.  The executive lobbied the vision with the senior team and got their buy in for regional launch.

Chemical. The world’s 4th largest chemical company, Asia Pacific region

COACHING FOCUS: 
Client was newly promoted to head Asia Pacific. The goal was to further enhance presence in the region.

OUTCOME: 
Significant increased in the share of voice in all regional meetings with his/her opinions and recommendations often referenced. Client identified how to leverage own strengths in business and enhanced how to communicate to different audiences with impact. Established a key stakeholder network and fostered relationships at global, regional and country levels.
